Richard Stimpson

Managing Director

"Richard began working at Waterdene as a youngster sweeping the floors, stacking shelves and being a drivers mate in the school holidays. Then after leaving college he started full time in the business firstly in the office, then out in the field as a rep before moving back into the office as transport manager. He became General Manager in 2006 but still looks after the transport fleet and also manages all buying for the company. Finally in early 2016 Richard was promoted to Managing Director of the business"

Marc Redsull

Sales & Operations Manager

"Marc started in the company as a teenager in the warehouse helping load the lorries in the mornings. He then started full time in 1999 as a sales rep out in the field. He loved being out seeing the customers and doing deals but was convinced to come into the office as Sales Manager. Marc now looks after the Telesales and Field Sales team"

Lisa Saunders

Management Assistant

"Lisa joined the company in 1998 as part of the Telesales Team and continued for 11 years in this role. After Maternity leave to have her son in 2009, she returned and joined the Accounts department helping with the day to day running and Credit Control. Last year Lisa moved to join the Management Team as their Assistant, helping Richard and Marc with the daily running of the Sales & Buying departments. She also manages the Social Media/Marketing department and maintains the product database supplying information to customers"
